Good morning!! excited to be here

HI my name is kitty and I was doing WW for years and years. I am avid walker and fit bit user. I walked 3 half marathons in 2014. I love to swim.
I LOVED WW in the past. But when WW moved over to smart points it was huge awaking to several issues. One WW tech is terrible. I was paying every month for a web site that was basically down from Thanksgiving to New Years. Two smart points plan felt like a diet to me. Some foods went from higher in points but I could fit them in now and then to way high in points and there is no way to to fit them in.
WW was very good to me, I lost 100 pounds- I had spinal fusion surgery 7 months ago today and put on about 20 on before the surgery and then another 20 after. But the surgery was a success and I am back to an active life. Still no weight training but that will come in a a couple months. I made wonderful friends at WW and that is the hardest part for me, leaving those pals behind and no seeing them every week. All advice and tips are greatly appreciated. Yesterday was my first day tracking on MFP. It was enlightening to see the nutritional break down. Food is no longer just a point value. :)
