So in last year now I been trying to go to gym much as I can now i signed up for this app. But my big concern I have up and downs with my back some days I would go and work out and other days I'll be in pain I have to take a break... and I don't want my doctors or other think I'm making up excuse but I am cuz I been with this new chiropractor and saw xray it not pretty. On top of everything it seem to be harder for me to lose weight cuz of my sucky issues...So anyways the question is, is there anyone put there have issues and still managed to lose weight or how you maintain?

Focus on calories in for now. Exercising with a bad back is hit or miss a lot of times, so count those sessions you can do as extra and worry about adjusting your diet WITHOUT exercise first. I know it can seem counter-productive, but exercise isn't REQUIRED for weight loss. So if you're having trouble exercising, do what you can that doesn't hurt and simply count it as extra calories to eat back instead of depending on exercise to increase your calories out for the time being.

Now, once you get your diet under your control, it's a good idea to work with your doctor and PT to work out an exercise plan that will be most beneficial. There are things you can do to strengthen your back, but those take a while to really get benefit out of them.

Try to control your daily caloric intake.. because it's the "calorie count" that dictates your weight gain/loss. Sorry to hear about your bad back, hope the new Chiropractor can assist you to get it healed... all the best.
