Hey,
Started watching more and different kind of food.Want kind of meal do you recommend me to eat day to day bases..

    You can eat what you always ate before. Just eat less of it if you want to lose weight.

    That's exactly what I did. The only thing I changed was the amounts I was eating.

    Me too basically - I also changed my proportions a bit and loaded more vegetables on my plate. They give you the volume you want without as many calories.

    I don't eat that much my default is that I won't eat in lime a hol day.that is what I gayne my weight in this is the thing.
