Hey all,
My starting weight was 210 lbs and I gradually lost weight by exercising and watching what I ate. I always was overweight and I constantly struggle between my goals and love for food. I have really bad eating days and then I would go back to being good for some. It's a cycle and as much as I understand it should be a lifestyle change if I want to succeed.. I struggle I ended up getting to 151 lbs. But then I switched jobs, moved states, went through some really *kitten* things and I now am back to 172 lbs. I recently signed up for a half marathon since I enjoy running. I would love to make some friends here and be accountable to myself and my goals.
Thanks

I hope you realize how amazing it is that you caught yourself after only 20 lbs., especially with all those life changes.

Make your diet palatable for you and eat foods you enjoy every day. Never eat something you hate to eat, just for the macros. Set a high carb % especially if you plan on endurance exercise!0
