I already apologize if most of this is just terribly stupid but I want to try and really understand everything thats going on so Im glad for every answer. My main problem of researching most of these is that I got a lot of different or not really usable answers. I know this is not going to be the magic 8-Ball way to find the right answers but Ill just see what comes of it! But thanks for any answers anyways! :D

Btw these questions are mostly regarding eating healthy. Im going for the whole 1200c thing but I will go over it a little bit if I am hungry since I see this as a long term process and Im still adjusting with weighing food and seeing which foods/ingredients to swap! Also I feel like I need to add that with bad I mean long-term or short term side effects for my health (and the weight loss I guess)

1. Is it really neccessary to have one warm meal per day?

2a. Is it bad if my sodium intake is lower than it should be?

2b.Especially since I drink 3-4l instead of the recommended 8cups (ca. 2liters)?

3. Is it bad if my protein is higher than it should be?

4. Milk seems to be quite high in calories (even 0,9% ) any alternatives or is milk ok?

5. Is it bad to mainly have raw vegtebales instead of steamed/cooked ones?

6. Are sugar-free 0 calorie drinks ok? (additional to water)

7. Due to work shifts I usually have my biggest meal in the evening and my smallest in the morning, should I try to shift this since Im usually only up for 2-3 hours after dinner?

8. Any tips at the end?

    1. No.
2a. I would only be concerned about low sodium intake if you're getting some crazy-low percentage of the recommended daily intake.
2b. No - but try getting some more water or or other liquids if that's all you're drinking each day.
    3. Again, I would be concerned about high protein intake if it's an astronomically high percentage or if you had some disease that affected the way your body processes protein.
    4. Milk is fine if it fits in your calorie goals.
    5. Any vegetables are fine, as long as they fit in your calorie goals.
    6. Zero calorie drinks are fine because they fit in your calorie goals.
    7. Eat your food whenever you want - as long as you're meeting your calorie goals in a 24-hour period, it doesn't matter what time of day you have your meals.
    8. Just eat within your calorie goals to lose weight. I also aim for 1200 calories a day (I'm 4'11"), and my food diary is open if you'd like to take a look. Calories in, calories out is what matters.

    1. I've never heard that before
    2. No
    3. Nope. Many here look at their protein goal as a minimum.
    4. If it fits into your calories and you like it, I see no reason to not drink it
    5. No
    6. As long as you don't have any health problems that can be exacerbated by artificial sweeteners (some people get migraines from them)
    7. How much you eat/when you eat is personal preference. As long as eating a lot late doesn't mess with your sleeping habits, there's no problem with that.
    8. Read the most helpful threads in the stickies in each forum, especially Getting Started/General Weight Loss.

    1. Is it really neccessary to have one warm meal per day?
    Newp.

2a. Is it bad if my sodium intake is lower than it should be?
    Newp.

    2b.Especially since I drink 3-4l instead of the recommended 8cups (ca. 2liters)?
    Newp.

    3. Is it bad if my protein is higher than it should be?
Newp. In fact, it's probably a good thing.

    4. Milk seems to be quite high in calories (even 0,9% ) any alternatives or is milk ok?
Milk's fine as long as it fits your daily goals.

    5. Is it bad to mainly have raw vegtebales instead of steamed/cooked ones?
    Newp.

    6. Are sugar-free 0 calorie drinks ok? (additional to water)
    Yurp.

    7. Due to work shifts I usually have my biggest meal in the evening and my smallest in the morning, should I try to shift this since Im usually only up for 2-3 hours after dinner?
This is 100% personal preference and has no bearing on health or weight loss.

    8. Any tips at the end?
Set an appropriate calorie goal. Weigh and log every bite of food you eat and measure every drop of liquid (if it has calories). Get enough fat and protein. Stick with it. Don't listen to woo or anything that tries to make weight loss any more complicated than eating fewer calories than you burn.

    1. Is it really neccessary to have one warm meal per day? - NO

2a. Is it bad if my sodium intake is lower than it should be? - NO- all depends how low and for how long i suppose

2b.Especially since I drink 3-4l instead of the recommended 8cups (ca. 2liters)? - I drink 2-4x times as much as the daily recomendaton of 8 cups

    3. Is it bad if my protein is higher than it should be? - how high? I doubt you are eating dangerously high amounts of protein.

    4. Milk seems to be quite high in calories (even 0,9% ) any alternatives or is milk ok? "OK"?

    5. Is it bad to mainly have raw vegtebales instead of steamed/cooked ones? - Why would it be bad? Boiling can seep out nutrients so raw may have more micro.

    6. Are sugar-free 0 calorie drinks ok? (additional to water) - "OK" like how?

    7. Due to work shifts I usually have my biggest meal in the evening and my smallest in the morning, should I try to shift this since Im usually only up for 2-3 hours after dinner? -No- not if its working for you

    8. Any tips at the end?

What are your grams of protein and sodium?
Milk is ok to drink if you like it and have calories available.
A dairy alternative is fine too.
