Hey everyone ! please can anyone suggest anything to munch on with my tea . I love biscuits or cookies but since I have starting counting calories I have realised that most of them are high in calories and sugars . So any suggestions

What biscuit do you eatsunparakeet wrote: »Nothing wrong with one cookie or one biscuit
I often have one with tea. Sometimes I will have a yogurt, or a piece of fruit, or a piece of dark chocolate. Or a cut up bell pepper, or a small piece of cheese. Just have whatever you want - a smaller portion can fit into your calories.

I usually have a couple of squares of dark chocolate with my tea if I don't have enough calories left for some cookies0

I bought dark chocolate bar with similar intention but instead of eating a few squares ended up eating the entire bar in one sitting PS I don't even like dark chocolate's taste0

tea biscuits. 5 are 124 calories. They are like animal crackers for grown ups.
