Hey guys, im recovering from 6 months off after a rough hip injury that required 2 surgeries. I put on 20 lbs in this time and after a month of working out again, I'm STILL gaining weight. Some motivation and support would be much appreciated during this frustrating time.

Sometimes you can gain weight from building muscles during working out so you may want to focus more on size changes than weight changes. Also diet is essential to losing weight so get honest with yourself about what you are eating and how much. Good luck!0

I would think you need to reduce how much you're eating then. Unless you're trying to build back lost muscle so are you lifting weights?0

Most people will eat back more than they burn if they start working out without tracking their eating.0
