Have a slip... Don't fall

I think it's important that we realize it's ok to have a slip when dieting and exercising. You sneak in some chips or cookies is a slip... You get back up and get back to your diet and exercise. A fall... Is when you eat those chips or cookies and have more n more and grab the remote watching tv and more chips n cookies... Don't fall get back up and say it's ok I slipped.. But I am up and back!! We got this....
