Shouldn't my goal calories be decreasing?

I've lost about 30 pounds, but my daily goal calories haven't changed. Shouldn't they decrease as my weight decreases or do I need to manually go in and change something?

You have to manually go in and change you're weight.

It should have prompted you to update your goals after losing ten pounds. But yes, you have to do it yourself.

    If I'm still losing, I don't bother.

Thank you for the response. I manually change my weight in my diary every week when I weigh in. Is there elsewhere I should be updating it?

Go into your goals and open the calorie goals... It should automatically recalculate when you open it.

Sorry, not your calorie goals- your weekly goals... Confirm your weekly goal and even if you don't change anything it will recalculate if it needs to be recalculated.

That did the trick. Thank you again!

Yeah I just changed my goal to maintain then back to lose 1kg or what ever your goal is.

I don't think I ever saw it do it automatically or ask me to do it. Probably cause I did it manually too often.
