Introducing myself

Hi, I'm a 28yr old time poor mum of two (6yr old boy and 10 month old boy) gained 15kg during pregnancy, have now lost that but would like to lose 5-10kg more and tone up all this jig. I really dislike gyms, i am very self conscious but I'm willing to try anything. I love pilates and yoga, but i think i need to incorporate weight training. I'm currently not doing any sort of fitness training. My diets gone downhill since returning to work and always opting for the 'quick and easy' route. Would like to meet some people who can motivate, support and call me on my crap! I promise to do the same! I'm in Adelaide, Australia. Any one have any tips that they have found useful in their weightloss journey?
