Hello everyone!
I am thinking about trying to take probiotics! I would just like some recommendations for certain brands. I am wanting one for vaginal health for women and one with lactobacillus gasseri! Any information will be helpful!

For your first problem look for a probiotic with the Lactobacillus rhamnosus strain, and for the gas, most probiotics will help that.0

You can also cut out sugar, a major cause of yeast in the entire body.
Also eat greek yogurt every other day.
A multivitamin will have some antioxidants like vitamin C.0 -

Make sure you are getting plenty of prebiotics to feed the probiotics! I like the green chews from ItWorks if you're going the supplement route, but you can also get them through your diet through various foods such as raw dandelion greens, raw garlic, raw leeks/onion, raw asparagus or raw wheat bran. Typically, consuming foods raw will be better as cooking tends to eliminate some of the prebiotic fiber you are looking for. Good luck!0

I've read good reviews on here for the brands- NOW and Garden of Life0
