My name's Makailla and I'm working on making myself feel much more confident with my body not just this summer but for the rest of my life. I've been slowly building a healthy lifestyle since November but joining an online community to keep me motivated really is what I needed. I've come to find my biggest issue is making sure that I eat enough food after tracking how often I was eating and what I was eating. I like that the app reminds me to log my meals so it basically reminds me that I need to eat. Here's to getting healthy!

    Hi,

    I'm happy for you that you've also decided to lead a healthier life. By the sound of it you've been making changes since November; that makes it about a month and a half longer than me. Sounds like you are well on your way.

    I also struggle a little with making sure that I eat as much as I need to. I'm 6'1" 240lbs 24% fat so my caloric needs are a little high even while in a calorie deficit. I'm so happy to know that eating enough has slowly taken my body out of starvation mode and I seem to be loosing body fat whilst hanging on to lean muscle. Anyhow, best of luck :)
