Hi everyone, wanted to introduce myself in hopes to find some friends to help me stay motivated. My journey began in october when I went from working full time to being a stay at home mom of two kids. I didn't take care of myself while I was pregnant, and gained around 35 pounds that I have carried with me, and my daughter just turned 5. I decided when I began staying at home that if I didn't begin eating healthier and exercising, I would gain even more weight. Plus, my cholesterol and blood pressure was high, and I'm not even 30. I have lost about 39 pounds total through diet and exercise. I went from 135 pounds to 96, and i am only 4ft 10, so 135 was a hard weight to carry! I am now trying to maintain my weight and gain muscle mass.
I work out 5 times per week using jillian michaels videos. She is awesome! And I never have to leave my living room
