No to detox. If you have a liver and kidneys and a working intestinal system, your waste gets handled nicely. Eating healthy whole foods will keep you from feeling toxic.0

Reading alot of stuff on eating combination foods for a number of days to help the liver and kidneys rid of toxins to help metabolism.
No "special" food combinations work to speed up your metabolism. That's just woo someone came up with to sell diet book, diet videos, diet supplements. It's all about $$$$$$$0
