I have been using 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk, 1 scoop of dōterra's vanilla trim shake, 1/2 banana and a small handful of blueberries. I freeze the fruit so I don't need ice. Very good and I have found that dōterra's shake taste amazing and isn't chalky and I believe lower in calories than most but I don't remember the other calories too much. I have a list of recipes I can email you if you'd like?0

Protein oat bran! Boil 1cup water add 1/3cup oat bran, reduce to a simmer and wisk in 2 eggs (or egg whites) this will double the size. Remove from the heat and stir in a scoop of vanilla protein powder and blueberry. VERY filling.0

This. This. This. http://www.eatingbirdfood.com/banana-almond-teff-porridge/
I love ethopian food and bought some whole grain teff rather than teff flour to make injera. Happy mistake.. I had to figure out how to use whole grain Teff and came across teff porridge.
Teff is now one of my favorite things to eat for breakfast.0 -
I'm not a huge breakfast fan, but when I do feel like eating something I pop a few of the Jimmy Dean Turkey Links in the microwave for a minute and that usually fills me up until lunch...and they're only 100 calories, 1g carb, 7g fat and 12g protein (and that's for 3 of them)!0

In response to " dōterra's vanilla trim shake": please check this link http://www.fda.gov/ICECI/EnforcementActions/WarningLetters/2014/ucm415809.htm?gclid=CPP3meK6ucsCFVKVfgodgy8Dpw0

I make a baby spinach and arugula salad (,10 calories) , add 1 oz either gorgonzola or feta cheese (between 90-100 calories), sliced peppers and sliced cherry peppers ( <20 calories), 1/4 cup of black beans with lime juice (156 calories) squeezed on them and topped with a poached egg (70 calories). Sometimes instead of the black beans I'll toast a piece of wheat bread and cut it up then toss that on the salad as well. I do also eat meat so I will replace the black beans with a slice of prosciutto to change it up. It's delicious and quite filling - usually comes in at about 350 calories. Usually have a serving of fruit on the side.0
