Ok I see many posting their cleaning as exercise and calories burned! I clean my house all the time and I wasn't loosing any weigh. My mother's doctor told her cleaning is not an exercise since she needs to loose weigh and she used to say "I cleaned my house and I was sweating, I'm very active all day long" lol. What you have to say about this!? I'm feeling curious:-)

Daily cleaning is part of your non-exercise activity. Deep cleaning or things out of the ordinary could count. Most people shouldn't and don't count it. It's more of a bonus calorie burn.

Every day activity is that's not physical exercise is know as NEAT (non exercise activity thermogensis). This is part of your TDEE (total daily energy expenditure) and can't be shouldn't be counted as exercise because it's a daily activity.
People who log it are trying to avoid exercise, which is fine, but claiming it's exercise is a stretch. Is it to feel better about doing it? Eh. That would mean laborers should count their work as exercise, which I'm sure others would say "Naw, their job is just physically demanding".
