Does anyone have any knowledge on skin excess?
I'm 28 male, and i lost 22 kg or 48 lbs.
I still want to lose another 15 kg or 33 lbs.
Everything still looks tight lol but I'm scared of skin excess!!
Does it make sense to maintain this weight for a while to let my skin 'catch-up' or settle... BEFORE i lose the rest of the weight.
OR do i just continue going?
Again my skin seems to be doing ok so far.

search the forum, this question gets asked pretty regularly. The answer is simply: It depends. Luck, genetics, how much and for how long you were overweight are the primary factors. It seems like pretty much everyone over 75-80lbs ends up with loose skin.0

Thank you for your answer. I'm right at 80 lbs so hopefully I'm lucky!0

It can take 2 years for the skin to bounce back (I'm at 2 years... still waiting!), so no, losing more slowly will not make any difference.0
