I'm on day 3 of my diet plan. I'm trying to lose 30lbs fast! Workout for an hour every morning and I'm trying to stay under my calorie goal! Any tips for the newbie!

    don't starve yourself and be careful how much you exercise you can risk burnout. Quick fixes don't work
