Hey guys! I just downloaded this app and so far am loving it!! I worked with a personal trainer for 2 years and lost 40 pounds. I was logging my food just like this and today I've been reflecting on what I was doing right. No food was off limits, portion was a word I'd heard often. I was going to the gym and working hard and letting myself rest on days when I was feeling burnt out. I'm looking for motivated people to exchange tips with and support! This journey is far easier with a support system :)
