I can always scan the food barcode label but you don't have the comfort of always weighing your food with a food scale with you all the time when you eat out, unless you carry a food scale with you LOOOL

I don't carry a scale with me everywhere. I weigh things when I'm home and estimate when I'm out. But why do you ask how to use the food scale if you don't intend to use one, unless your intent is to troll?

That's the only reason I still occasionally post in his threads. You never know when a newbie will find useful info after they were attracted to the thread based upon the thread title.

Weighing your food is complicated all the damn time!!!! Scanning the food label to me gives more accurate readings

Scanning food doesn't give you anything. It pulls up a food item that many not even be the one you are eating. It does not tell you how much of what you scanned you are eating. That is what weighing it for. Perhaps you need to go with a food program that portions out your food so you don't have to do anything especially since you seem unable to understand the simplest of concepts. You weigh food to find out how much of it you are eating, so you can log the correct amount here.
