Trying to get stronger

Hi, I'm piranha. I'm a pretty small person that has always been very weak-- unable to lift stuff, very reliant, the "watch-and-direct" person sitting in the Peanut Gallery on the moving house team. But I really want that to change.
I'm tired of feeling small and helpless and want my 20s to be full of action and physical freedom.
My starting weight is 115, goal is probably somewhere in the mid-130s to low 130s with a BF% of 16-17. My, um, non-scale-victory goal (?) is to be able to pick up my boyfriend, who is 6'1" and about 180!
If anybody like me is out there (huge plus if you understand how to use MFP's goal settings bc I sure don't) and would like to be friends and/or exchange workout or meal ideas, please don't be shy!
