Can't live without ice cream?????

If you're like me you have to have ice cream. I found Arctic Zero. 150 calories a pint,Gluten free and delicious. Lots of great flavors! Chocolate covered salted caramel bars are my favorite and only 80 calories a bar.Can be purchased at Walmart,Kroger's or on- line.

    Personally, I prefer having the real thing. I just make it fit into my calories.

    Dryer's Slow Churn line is lower calorie. Halo Top is also an option.

    I've heard many people complain about Arctic Zero's taste. Personally, I fit a serving or two of regular old ice cream or gelato into my day.

    I have bought the Schwan's live smart ice creams. You can get a serving between 130 to 150 calories per serving.
