Starting over

I weighed myself this morning for the first time in many months. A few years ago, I had lost nearly 50 lbs, from a high of 304. Over time, I had gained a little back, but had stabilized for a couple of years around 270. Today, I am 286.1. I need to get some weight off me because I want to live a long life and not be an invalid from my back, knee and foot pain, all of which will be helped, or even cured, by losing weight. I need to do it. I can hardly put one foot in front of the other. I'm not sure how I will do it, but today, I am recommitting to eating healthily. I just don't know how I will do it. I need advice and support. Thank you.
