I enjoy Zumba and kickboxing, and both can be modified to your ability. I also did the True Beginner series on Daily Burn - you can get a free trial for 30 days to see if you like it. And I swear I don't get paid to promote DB - I just really love it right now and keeping talking about it!

I started out with walking, and it's still how I get most of my cardio. People overlook how much of a difference simply walking more will make. My TDEE can easily go from 1950-2350 just by consciously taking more steps in a day.

You should first speak to your dr but cutting out junk and walking or swimming should be fine to start with, slowly.

I have a friend who's a personal trainer who coaches chair exercise on Skype. I think it's $20 per session. PM me and I'll put you in contact with her.

Walking, recumbent exercise bike, rowing machine, dragon boat paddling, yoga, body weight exercises, and resistance bands/weights.

Now it's mainly cycling and walking/hiking. I also row on the water and do some weights.
