The foods that you like to eat, that fit in to your chosen calorie and macronutrient goals.

I prefer to build up my meals differently through the day, but similar from day to day, something like this:

Breakfast: Crispbread w/spread (meat/cheese/fish), milk, vegetable, fruit. Porridge (oatmeal, millet, semolina or polenta) made with milk+water, pat of butter, vegetable, fruit. Pitabread w/filling (meat/fish), vegetable, fruit.

Lunch: One of the alternatives not chosen for breakfast. Salad w/meat/cheese/fish, fruit. Vegetable, smoothie made from banana, blueberries/strawberries/lime, milk. Unplanned leftovers.

Dinner: Meat/fish, starch, vegetables, separately, or in a casserole. Or vegetable soup + dessert (pudding, smoothie or fruit). Or pancakes with sweet fillings, and vegetable. Or cheese on toast, milk and vegetable.

Supper: Nuts or nut butter, fruit, vegetable. Sometimes a piece of cheese. Sometimes nuts/nut butter and sweetener get added to Greek yogurt. Or smoothie. The nut butter can go into the smoothie, with cocoa, and instead of berries.

Do you want examples of foods? I guess you will get examples. But you can choose anything you like. Try new things. Google recipes. Browse the grocery store. Look for simple foods, mostly single ingredient foods. Cook.
