Supplements

Hi I works nights and when I finish work I go into the gym. At this point I'm tied and don't feel like pushing myself. Does anyone know any good supplements to increase my energy but not stop me from sleeping when I get home?

    Non stimulant pre workout is your best bet, but they don't really provide any energy. It's hard to find a energy booster that's stim free. Maybe just have a quick digesting carb source 20-30 mins before workout and once you start exercising you'll naturally wake up

    Go to the gym after you wake up, rather than before bed. :)
