What's working for me!

Hi everyone! I absolutely love my fitness pal! It's such a great motivator/helper in my fitness world. I'm 5'3 and at the moment 132 pounds and 26 years old. I'm a curvier girl so it's harder to sometimes reach my goals. I started out at 140 pounds which is the most I've ever weighed in my life. Ever since high school I have been a solid 125 and after getting a desk job, that number grew quickly so now I'm working harder and it's really paying off. I'm doing an hour of cardio in the morning about 4-5 times a week followed by a second workout in the evening weight training. At first it was difficult but I'm in love with this routine. I'm feeling great, losing weight and tightening up! I'm also keeping a strict calorie limit of 1200 calories a day with an ample amount of protein. I'm so happy I have found this app. With a bit of hard work and dedication, you can really accomplish anything you set your mind to ☺️
