Hello. My name is Jesse I'm 20 years old and last time I weighed myself I was over 450lbs and that was almost a year ago. I know I've gained weight since then. I struggle with depression and comfort bingeing. 3 months ago I thought I was having a heart attack at work and it really scared me. I thought I was guna die at 20 years old. But luckily I wasn't having a heart attack. I went on not thinking of it for a few months but yesterday I Started to think.... "What if next time it really it a heart attack" and that scared me even more. So I decided then that I'm going to change my life and become healthy, beat my depression and lose weight and I'm hoping this app and this community can help me reach my goals.

I hope you stick to your plan & reach your goals! I have struggled with my weight since I was around 18...I'm 39 now. I have found this app to be REALLY helpful! I absolutely loathe counting calories...but for some reason this way doesn't seem so difficult! GOOD LUCK!!!0
