wat and how late you take your last meal of snak of the day?

    I eat dinner pretty much every night around 8:30/9....

    Usually it's nuts or nut butter with a piece of fruit, raw vegetables; maybe a piece of cheese, or maybe Greek yogurt with nuts/nut butter and sweetener, maybe smoothie made from banana, milk, berries, or banana, milk, nut butter and cocoa.

    Whether and when depends on how full I am from dinner and when I (have to) go to bed. I try to stop eating at least two hours before I go to bed (not for any other reason than it's practical/necessary because of tooth brushing/routines).

    I like having a snack before bed. Ice cream, cookies, or rarely a beer.

    I pretty much stick with something protein heavy or a 100 cal bag of nuts as my last food of the day and avoid too much sugar or other type of carb heavy foods. Otherwise I wake up hungry in the middle of the night. Every. Time.

    Time doesn't matter other than close-ish to sleeping.

    I have a giant bowl of popcorn at 10 pm every night. I eat dinner at 7, first dessert at 9, second dessert at 10. I got to sleep shortly after.

    I have dinner anywhere from 6pm til 11pm depending on my husband's schedule at work. Sometimes a dessert after but, usually not.

    I'm usually done eating by 8 or 8:30pm at the very latest. Dinner is usually between 6:30 and 7:30 and depends on what I had for lunch. If I had grain with my lunch, I won't have any with dinner. If I didn't have grains with lunch, I'll have brown rice or couscous or quinoa or whole wheat pasta as my carb, veggies, and a veggie burger or beans or fish. If not grains, then I'll have spaghetti squash or more veggies or a sweet potato as my carb.

    about 10:00, I have something with carbs, protien, and fruit or veggie. 300- 400 calories. depending on exercise for the day. Ususally in a effort to finish off my calories for the day. Which is getting harder as I get into maintanace.

    By 6pm 90% of the time. But I'm the kind of person who is hungrier during the day.
