    Hi Everyone! I just sent friend request to all of you, so please accept so we can be a source of support! I noticed many of you don't have many MFP friends. If I may offer some advice... Build a community support. You don't know these people but they are all struggling and on a journey. You'd be surprised how helpful it is to read other people's struggles and how it helps you on your journey!

    Day 1.... I hope that I'm doing this correctly.

    20 squats. next day 30 squats and so on?

    Well day 2.. did one set of 30 reps, will be trying to get in 2 more. I'm still not sure how-many sets of reps I'm supposes to be doing.

    does anyone do any squats on rest day? I've decided to 1/2 of the squats from day one.
    I'm so out of shape I figure just using those muscles a little will help.

    Am I alone here now? I'm thinking I missed this.

    Day 4 accidentally started my day with 40 squats (it was supposed to be 20), dang my legs were burning, I should have read my print out before starting.

    well I'm going to keep going on this challenge, but there is no point visiting this thread again.
    I'm defiantly alone here.
