Diet Experiments

Is anyone interested in joining a group for people doing diet experiments -- to see if they feel better or lose differently?
I started out doing this with paleo (no difference for me) and no added sugar (same), and lately feel called to try a vegetarian or vegan experiment. But I am also interested in people doing low or high carb experiments, any macro mix, Whole30, only McD's, so on.
My interest in part is because doing an experiment will motivate me to track better, but I also am curious in exploring whether I feel better eating certain ways. I did a vegan Lent years ago and felt great, but at the time it was quite a change from a less healthy diet, now I eat a pretty good diet, so I am curious how cutting out meat will affect me (especially since for me I think it will decrease my protein percentage).
Also, after thought I am comfortable eating humanely (IMO) raised meat and eggs and dairy, but am always a bit on the fence.
I commit to tracking and posting about this regularly.
Before I start I will finish the fish, eggs, and whey protein I have on hand.

@lemurcat12 My diet is the "the no S diet".
I hope others get interested in this thread. It will be fun.0 -
Cool. Curious to hear how it goes. If enough others post experiments I will start a group, although for now I guess it's here.0
