Hi all. I'm on the lookout for some healthy family meal ideas and wondered if anyone would like to share some of theirs? Thanks :-)

Dinners I have planned for the month are listed on my blog. https://lounmoun.wordpress.com/2016/02/29/meal-plan-end-of-feb-end-of-march/

My family has enjoyed many recipes from http://www.budgetbytes.com
I get food ideas from Pinterest often.

Sleepy mum, start with a good cookbook. My go-to books are published by Cooking Light. They are recipes with real ingredients. They even have some quick and easy books, as well as a slow cooker one. They save me on those busy weeks. I just did my meal planning for this week and most of my recipes are from there. A new one I'm trying is Lentils with Eggs. You cook the lentils with peppers and onions and seasoning, put them in a ramekin, crack an egg on top, and bake. Steam something green and bam--dinner :)

    Tomorrow I am making
    Nasi Goreng
Balinese shrimp steamed in Banana Leaves - spicy and sweet
Chicken and mushroom steamed in banana leaves - mild
Maybe satay chicken if I have left over
Will do a quick stiry fry of bok choi as a vegetable

Was thinning glutinous black rice pudding for dessert.
