I wanted to share this article for women looking to get in shape and not sure where to start. It's VERY informative and debunks a lot of tabloid myths about weight loss and muscle gain for women.

Author of the article is Mike Matthews whom has several books for men and women to get in shape and they're all reall informative and don't have any BS claims. It's as down to earth yet symple as it gets for fitness.
