159lbs wanna get down to 150...help

Been struggling to lose the last 9 lbs...I'm thinking fish and veggies. Nothing else?!

    Or you could just eat at a calorie deficit without being so overly restrictive.

    It's not what you're eating. It's how much. That close to your goal weight is going to be pretty slow, pretty much 0.5 lb/wk. With that small of a deficit you need to be very consistent and accurate with your logging.

    That would bore me quickly. I like variety.

    Set your goal to half a pound a week. Log accurately (including using a food scale if need be, especially since you have little room for error). Eat the foods you love, focusing on nutrition primarily.
