159lbs wanna get down to 150...help

Been struggling to lose the last 9 lbs...I'm thinking fish and veggies. Nothing else?!

It's not what you're eating. It's how much. That close to your goal weight is going to be pretty slow, pretty much 0.5 lb/wk. With that small of a deficit you need to be very consistent and accurate with your logging.

That would bore me quickly. I like variety.
Set your goal to half a pound a week. Log accurately (including using a food scale if need be, especially since you have little room for error). Eat the foods you love, focusing on nutrition primarily.0 -
