I have a quick question...
I did a two mile run today and a two mile walk right after. My Runkeeper app gave me a total of 400 calories burned, but my Fitbit gave me only half of that as calories burned. Why are they so different and which one is more accurate? I like to know because I only eat a base of 1200 calories, so I do often eat some of the calories earned back.

What are your stats? 400 seems high, how fast do you run/walk?0

I think 400 seems about right for 4 miles. Does your Fitbit monitor your heart rate as well?0

What have you set your activity level as? Sedentary/lightly active etc?0

My activity level is lightly active. I run slowly, 11 minute miles. Walk 3.5 mph.0
