I got my weight down under 270 lbs. for first time in 12 years. I only have 48 more to go. All in all not bad for a guy who weighed 311 middle of last Oct. So I celebrated by going for my usual 3.5 mile walk. The temp was 78 not bad right? Humph I have MS. it make me very heat intolerant. Got a mile and a third in and got week, queasy, and dizzy. turned around and barely made it back to my car. I will be back at it in the morning this damn disease won't keep me down.

Oh wow! Double points to you for having a great attitude in the face of actual hardship! It is so easy for all of us to give up when the going gets hard, but even with a legitimate excuse for staying home, you were still out there giving it your best, and for that, you should be proud.

Please be careful, and best of luck to you as you move toward your goals!
