Talking myself into bulking

That's me this morning. 5'7" 132lbs. Down 30lbs from a year ago. I maintained my strength and actually have gotten stronger. I think though that I should probably look to gain some weight. Not sure where my body fat % is at but people in my day to day life tell me they think I'm under 10%. What do you guys think of my body composition? Help me convince myself to start gaining weight.
