Would like to know comments about premium mfp. How doe it help you in ways that regular mfp does not?

    Presumably you've read the features list or seen the ones you can't access because they locked.

    If those features would help you then Premium may help you more than standard. If you were doing a 5:2 diet for example the ability to have different calorie goals on different days might be handy.
