Need Motivation

I lost 150 pounds after a gastric bypass. It was so easy at the beginning. I relished the new body and not feeling invisible. But after 8 years, I'm beginning to gain weight. I feel disgusted with myself for this backsliding.
BUT.... I'm not giving in. I have a Fitbit and this app. I have a "new to me" bike. What I need is motivation. I need folks who will kick my growing backside when I do not meet my step goal or post meals. I don't need a cheer button. I need a nag.
I promise to do the same for you. So if you need someone in your corner, someone to kick your butt and celebrate your successes, please add me as a friend.
Thank you.
