Food rut

Ugh. I feel like I'm in a food rut. I've been eating a rotation of the same foods for months because it's easy (and I usually don't mind so much), but I'm getting bored and adherence is starting to slack and as a result, the scale isn't moving much...if at all.

My macros are set at 50c/20f/30p, but the only one I really try to hit is the protein-and it's a struggle some days. (Hence the random eggs, beef jerky, cottage cheese in my diary - I don't love those foods quite THAT much). I lost 30 cals a day this week, which sucks too, but it should not be the cause of the struggle since it's hardly anything.

Can someone take a look at my diary and maybe suggest some changes I could make to renew the effort? I've had a crazy hungry week, so the prior week is probably more the norm for me.

Just a note: I did start breaking my lunch up into early/late lunches last week, but mfp moved all of my prior dinners to late lunches. Grrr.

Thanks!

Do you cook? I would get sick of yogurt, cheese, etc. for dinner every night. Stir-fry (vegetables and protein) are really easy, quick meals, served over already cooked rice if you have the calories. How about a sandwich and roasted vegetables at night? Soups, prepared ahead of time. Even a take-out meal (not fast food - a real meal with protein + veg + carb if you want) from a local restaurant once in a while wouldn't be a bad idea. You have very few vegetables in your diet. Salads are OK, but many vegetables taste better cooked and are actually more nutritious.
