Don't give up!!!!

Nobody knows the struggle like me. Two small children, ten hour overnights, substitute teach part time. Start with a small change like measuring portion sizes or cutting out an unneeded snack. Do it for two weeks so it sticks and then add another small goal. That way you are making barely noticeable life changes. I haven't seen pounds disappear yet, but my blood work and how I feel tells a fantastic story.

Great post Ram each if us have plenty of reasons why we can't do it, but it comes down to making the time to make ourselves a priority. Keep up the great work and thanks for the motivational post it's a great reminder0

Excellent results so far! My short term goal is to be 40 lb lighter the next time my quarterly dr app comes round. Yes, I expect to see improved blood work.0
