I fill my goal in MFP and it gives me this plan to eat per day
total : 1,290 Carbs 161 Fat 43 Protein 65 is this plan not too high in carbs and too low in protein? it seems strenge, I thought if you want to lose weight you should eat low carbs and high protein?
can some one hoe really lost some wight give me some advice, and add me as friend so i can also learn from his of hers diet experience ?
i wil be grateful

You lose weight when you eat in a deficit. You don't need to eat low carb.
MFP sets macros at 50/20/30 but you can tweak as necessary.
Mine are 40/35/25 which works for me.0 -
I used the default settings and lost 70ish pounds. It's up to you how you want to work this. These days I eat a bit lower carb than I did when I was losing, mostly because I don't get a lot of calories now that I'm at goal and I don't have a lot of room for many carbs. I have my macros set at the default settings and eat about 1400-1600 calories a day, but I rarely go over 150g carbs a day. I often go over on fat. It's what works for me now.0

I lost 70 pounds (and kept it off) by eating what I wanted while staying under my MFP calorie target. I pay almost no attention to macros (Carbs/Fat/Protein). Calories in/Calories out... What those calories area only matters for satiety - some people are satiated better with a high protein diet. Some prefer lots of veggies and other carbs instead. It's all personal preference.0

To lose weight, all you need is a calorie deficit. Carbs don't cause people not to lose weight or gain weight. That's a myth.
Calorie deficit - weight loss.0 -
Get the calories right first. You're a guy? Men shouldn't (except in extreme circumstances) eat less than 1500. Weight loss rate coupled with gender, age, height, weight and activity level determines what calorie allowance MFP gives you, and it's important to not try to force your way through the process (it doesn't work, and you'll be exhausted trying).
If you have 75+ lbs to lose 2 lbs/week is ideal,
If you have 40-75 lbs to lose 1.5 lbs/week is ideal,
If you have 25-40 lbs to lose 1 lbs/week is ideal,
If you have 15-25 lbs to lose 0.5 to 1.0 lbs/week is ideal, and
If you have less than 15 lbs to lose 0.5 lbs/week is ideal.
If you still struggle after you've tried to stick with the right calorie intake for a month, weighing and logging everything, and double checking every entry you use, it's time to take a look at macro split. The defaults are good enough to start with.0
