Hi there! I'm Alexis and I'm a vegan. I just recently transitioned from being a vegetarian for quite some time, and I decided to try veganism. I decided that I shouldn't be eating any animal products because it's not good for either my health, then environment, or the animals!! And also, I wasn't losing any weight on a vegetarian lifestyle due to not eating right; I would eat everything that was made of cheese. I just cut all animal products from my diet. I'm currently 150lbs and I want to lose around 40lbs. If you're either transitioning into a vegetarian, a vegetarian or a vegan, add me please!!

Hi there - I'm also vegan, since Jan 2012. I initially lost weight when I transitioned, but learnt I could eat loads of things that are 'bad' for you, and still technically vegan, so I've gained a lot. I want to get back on track and lose about 40lbs, or 18 kgs. I'm not sure how to add you - but I'm happy to be your FitnessPal buddy!0
