I would love to have suggestions and tips based on my food diary. It would help a lot if I could figure out what I'm doing right and what I might be doing wrong... It's open to public so please take a look. Keep in mind I'm a vegitarian! Thx :)

Sugar.... I would cut way back on the sugar, like the energy drink and lean more towards clean eating.

I'm only trying to help, so I'll be honest. You said you're a vegetarian....but in the last 3 days of your diary I didn't see a single fresh fruit or vegetable. I noticed that you put a lot of cream in your coffee, and if you REALLY love it, keep it. But if that's something you can compromise on, try a vanilla hazelnut flavored coffee black, or with a little skim milk. Drinking your calories can leave you feeling hungry and it usually doesn't add any extra nutrition. I see a lot of calorie dense foods (cheese, burritos, cream etc.) that are going to fill up your daily calories quickly, especially with a low goal of 1300 something. Try upping lean protein with more vegetables and fresh fruit. More protein for a vegetarian can be tricky, but if you eat eggs that's a complete protein that will fill you up, rice and beans also form a complete protein. Low fat cottage cheese, Greek yogurt and tofu are also good sources.

Basically, eating more food for fewer calories makes you feel more satisfied, and more likely to continue weight loss. Also, getting in more veggies and fruit gives your body vitamins and minerals it needs to perform optimally and keep you "regular"

Good luck with your weight loss, I hope my suggestions give you 'food for thought'.
    Take care!
