I am in the process of losing 100 lbs, 70 more to go. I have kinda came to a stand still and this worries me because I have lots more lbs to lose and I'm not giving up. Lately I have been following the military diet and it has been working for me, I'm not starving and it's easy to work with. However I have days where I have literally no energy and I perform crappy in my workouts. Any suggestions on what I should be eating? More protein? Carbs? I am 5ft 11in, 260 lbs. Not sure how much and what to eat to continue losing but need energy!!

What are your calories and macros every day?0

Stop the military diet, that teaches nothing about eating for the rest of your life. Pick a reasonable calorie deficit and add some exercise for health. Boom!! Success!!

Since the military diet is pretty low calorie, it's no wonder you have no energy.
Eat the foods you like, focusing on nutrition primarily but not neglecting treats every so often, up to your calorie goal (plus half of your exercise calories). Log accurately...if you aren't losing and it's been at least 3-4 weeks, you're likely eating more than you think.0 -
I started out @ 5'10" and 275, and eating 1700.
As I plateaued, cut 50-100 calories, wait a couple weeks to see if I lose more weight.
Currently @ 225 (yes, I've gained some since I updated my ticker) and aiming at 1400.

Here's a table which explains the healthy macro ranges, from the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition:
http://ajcn.nutrition.org/content/88/1/1/T1.expansion.html
carbs, 45 - 65% of calories (4 cal per gram)
fat, 20 - 35% of calories (9 cal per gram)
protein, 10 - 35% of calories (4 cal per gram)0 -
The military diet is supposed to be 3 days -- are you doing it long-term or just repeating it every week?
Anyway, the threads here that MKEgal linked are great and very informative. I lost 95 lbs in 2014 through early 2015 (have been taking a break, eventually want to get to 100 lost also), and did so simply by logging my calories, eating at a calorie deficit (and because I think it's sensible and am more satisfied, focusing on eating a healthful, balanced, tasty diet).0 -
I seen dietician last week and she gave me a guide to use for a 1600 calorie allowance, I'm trying to figure out how to share it on here0

Military diet is very low calorie and contains little nutritional value, no wonder you're tired and struggling.
Put your information into MFP to get a calorie goal and then start logging your food. All you need is a calorie deficit not a quick fix fad diet.0 -
Increase calories. especially more protein and fats as those both are essential (the body cannot make them).0
