Just from what I understand, which is probably wrong since I don't hang out on the forums that talk about refeeds, refeeds are focused on HCLF to increase leptin while cheat meal is eating whatever you want.0

I eat what I want, within reasonable parameters.
"Cheating" implies that what you're eating is bad, or you're "on a diet".
Diets are temporary. When you go off a diet, you go back to how you'd been eating,
which is what got you fat in the first place.
Make a permanent change in your life.
