I followed the tutorial, and I still have no idea if I posted this picture right. Anyway, I don't do anything special, no pills or supplements besides a scoop of whey powder here and there if I need to boost my protein. I just count my calories as consistently as possible, work out as much as possible. Just wanted to share, because I'm pretty proud of myself!
