Low carb protein diet

Dieting is one of the hardest things to do especially when your not consistent I've been eating lots of meats and veggies with low to no carbs at all total energy drain

    Veggies are carbs. And there's nothing wrong with carbs in the first place to remove them from your diet.

    You don't need to follow a diet to lose weight.

    Just stick to your MFP calorie limit.

    I've lost 70 lbs / 33 kg since April just eating whatever I feel like within my calorie limit.

    You don't have to suffer.

    I once heard to think of carbs as electricity in your household. You don't need it but you would be more efficient with it. Granted, you take in consideration the kinds of carbs consumed to perform at an optimal level.

    double that I would say. 90 grams is 810 calories. 50 grams of carbs is another 200. Leaves space for sensible amount of protein.

    I agree more fats! Moderate protein, carbs under 100 grams/day.
