Looking for general healthy diet

I know to eat healthy. I have used the app and rarely averaged over my caloric limit, but then my weight loss would plateau at 255. However, now I want to take another stab at it. My body will lose weight until 255, but stop there. My hunch is that I have to diet even more. I don't have any really past notes. So the number one question is "does anybody know a nutrition plan that I could use?"

Yes. Eat in a calorie deficit and have patience. If you stop losing weight, then you're eating too much or not moving enough0
