trying to get back on the wagon

hello!!! Last year I lost 80lbs through exercise and healthy eating, I reached my goal and then fell off the wagon and gained back 20lbs. I would like to get back to the weight I was 20 lbs ago. Not just because I looked better, but because I had more energy, it was more fun to get dressed for work in the morning, and my happiness mental state was through the roof!
I know what to do, it is just a matter of getting back into the good habits and breaking the bad ones. Here's to everyone else going through the same struggle. CHEERS!!
